Qualification and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. Five(5+) years of experience in Labor & Employee relations associate (Knowledge of company policies as well).
3. Five(5+) years management or supervisory role (Advanced leadership and team management skills).
4.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) as well as organizational and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills & Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools is an advantage.
6. Willing to be relocated at Santiago City, Isabela
Job Description:
1. To ensure that all employees are well taken care of, equipped and monitored through proper management – labor implementation, compensation, trainings and seminars.
2. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
3. Provides support and guidance to HR Staff, Management, and others when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
4. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
5. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
6. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
7. Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
