- 5-8 years human resource managerial experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving workplace issues
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs. Ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Ensures that employees’ abide by the company’s code of conduct & ethics, and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Manages the revision of company codes, rules & regulations, and procedures to meet changes in policy . Conduct refresher / awareness with annual updates of rules & regulations, food safety and security requirements
Administrative Management:
- Oversee office management and maintenance, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage administrative task like inventory of uniforms, office supplies, and admin building repairs and improvements.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings and other activities as required
- Oversee the requests of office supplies and equipment
- Oversee the shuttle service reservations and trips
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retain top talent
- Organize and oversee employee recognition programs and social activities
HR Information System:
- Monitor HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient data
- Analyzes HR metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the organization’s Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values.
