Responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and hiring new employees.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee compensation, benefits packages, and payroll.
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with top management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and providing feedback to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or a related field.
- At least years 5 of experience as an HR supervisor or manager, particularly in a distribution or logistics company, is often preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR Software and other relevant software.
