The Human Resources Officer will handle the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conducts background checks
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation & benefits, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management and training and development.
- Prepare and/or Revise employee handbooks and create memos about current issues within the company.
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
- May assist in the administrative functions of the organization, from time to time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Office location: Old Sumulong Road Sitio Ruhat, Mambugan Antipolo City
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
