Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. This role is essential in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues professionally and confidentially
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and HR support
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Handle general HR queries and assist in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role
- Solid understanding of HR functions and employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
