Location: San Fernando, Pampanga
We Need: (1) Training and Development Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or any related field.
- Experience in training, learning and development, or related HR functions is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with training design, implementation, and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge in HRIS or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus but not required.
JOB SUMMARY:
As Training and Development Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying training and development needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with managers.
- Planning, organizing, and delivering in-house training programs.
- Coordinating with external training providers as needed.
- Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and employee development progress.
- Supporting other HR initiatives related to employee growth and career development.
- Performing other related tasks as required by day-to-day operations.
