Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR Operations with demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, HR best practices and employee engagement strategies
- Capable of conducting thorough investigations, identifying root causes, and recommending sound, compliant solutions.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
- Proven leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
