QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development.
- At least 2-3Year(s) of working experience in Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Professional and has a good work ethic in setting and achieving goals.
- Hardworking, a team player, and a people person
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
DUTIES:
- Monitors and implements corporate policies and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor regulations, negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Oversees operations of Human Resources
- Handles employee discipline. Issues disciplinary action to erring employees in a careful manner and ensures employee violation is aligned to Code of Discipline and PH Labor Laws.
- Recommends to the Top Management anything beneficial to both parties (company and employees)
- Administers payroll, undertakes salary review and other remuneration issues.
- Disseminate new company policies and announcements.
- Recommends policies to management that might improve the existing ones.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
