Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Maintain personnel records and ensure labor law compliance
- Assist in payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration
- Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations
- Implement HR policies and support audits and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 6 days a week

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
