Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or related field
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in HR Administration, preferably in a hotel industry
- Must be willing to relocate to any hotels under our group.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operations
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly- hired employees on HR Policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Administer in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Able to monitor monthly engagement plans, necessary budget approvals and initiating activities
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR Standards
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising pay scale accordingly
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Take appropriate disciplinary actions against employees in infractions
