- Handles recruitment of candidates to fill-in job vacancies, facilitates completion of pre-employment requirements, and conducts orientation of newly-hired casual employees.
- Creates and posts job advertisements to attract talents for hiring through various channels, including job boards, PESO, social media, and job search sites.
- Establishes and maintains recruitment network with schools, PESO and on-line job sites for job posting and participation in Job Fairs and local recruitment activity in local Barangays.
- Maintains and update employee records and files (201 files, contracts, memos).
- Monitors attendance, leaves, and timekeeping reports in coordination with Department Heads.
- Handles employee discipline and counselling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Canva
- Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Must have a dynamic and pleasant personality
