Job Responsibility:
Under direct supervision; assists the HR Manager/ HR In-charge in the sourcing, selection, recruitment, and placement of manpower requirements, handles the clerical details of recruitment; performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE PERFECT FIT IF YOU ARE:
· College Graduate with a related course in Human Resources or it’s equivalent
· With at least 2 year’s recruitment experience in Retail Industry
· Both excellent in oral and written communication
· Can handle pressure
· Can work with minimal supervision
WHAT YOU WILL NEED for THIS ROLE:
1. Recruitment and selection
a. Responsible for the sourcing, shortlisting, selection, and recruitment of personnel as requested;
b. Tracks attrition and vacancies and ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources.
c. Conducts initial interviews; refers to superior potential candidates
d. Administer examination and background investigation on shortlisted candidates, as may be necessary.
e. Coordinates with the respective managers on staffing requirements
f. Responsible in the preparation of job offers and other documentation necessary for employment such as employment contract, IDs, etc.
g. Ensures accurate records management; sees to it that 201 files are kept and maintained;
h. Prepares monthly manpower list and personnel strength report; submits same to superior for consolidation;
i. Monitors students under the OJT program once applicable
j. Submit regular status report on accessions and attritions
