Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee incident reports and ensure proper documentation/resolution
- Monitor and manage daily timekeeping and attendance records
- Maintain accurate employee files and assist in payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate performance evaluation with department heads
Qualification/s:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proficient in using MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other related programs.
- Possess a good strong character and values; Highly disciplined and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
