RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conducts background checks
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation & benefits, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management and training and development.
- Prepare and/or Revise employee handbooks and create memos about current issues within the company.
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures.
- May assist in the administrative functions of the organization, from time to time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
