Property : The Harvest Hotel managed by Hospitality Innovators, Inc.
The position will be reporting to the General Manager of the property and also furnishes reports to Hospitality Innovators Inc. Corporate Office's HR Director.
Summary Responsibilities:
Entails providing guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources department. To assist the HR manager in every aspect of human resources by responding to any mail queries of employee. Assist the administration including updating, filing spreadsheets, reference checking, invoicing, and issuing of letters and contracts.
Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Knowledgeable in the Philippine Labor Code and employment-related compliance requirements.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
