Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Experience in construction or manpower-heavy industries is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source and attract talent using various recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and HR management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role for job fairs and recruitment activities.
- May require extended hours during peak hiring periods.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
