Job Description:
- receives and reviews fax documentation from referral sources
- verifies coverage of primary insurance payor
- contacts insurance payors and submits pre-authorization with Medicare, Medicaid, Advantage and other insurance plans
Qualifications:
- Proven US healthcare account experience is an advantage
- familiarity in durable medical equipment (DME) coverage is a plus
- strong command of the English language
- organizational skills
- amenable to work on a 6 months project-based position
- willing to report onsite on a fixed graveyard shift
- at least SHS graduate
