Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information
Systems, or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within
HR Shared Services or HR operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization
platforms.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ticketing systems (e.g.,
Workday, ServiceNow, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets to extract
meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze trends, identify issues, and
provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing
deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC Night Shift
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
