Revenue Operations Manager (Reports)

Job Description
 Facilitate, maintain and collaborate with WFM and Operations on the monthly rolling
forecast and annual budgeting.
 Provide weekly and monthly dynamic revenue forecast of expected results, historical
variances and budget comparisons.
 Create and conduct continuous analysis to refine revenue strategies and identify new
revenue optimization opportunities.
 Create and maintain revenue reports to track performance against targets/forecast.
Work closely with finance and operations to align revenue management with overall
business strategy.
 Engage in cross-functional communication to implement promotions and campaigns
that drive revenue.
 Assist in developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies based on company's
directions and business dynamics.
 Train, develop and lead a team of revenue.
Qualifications:
 At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Management and recognition.
 Experienced in Forecasting and/or Budgeting process from BPO industry.
 Capacity to conduct or lead a weekly calibration call with stakeholders.
 Capacity to do a deep dive business and revenue analytics.
 Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheet management
 Exposure to report automation and presentation.
 Willing and has the capacity to manage, lead and develop a team.
 Willing to work on a graveyard shift
 Amenable to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
 Finance background is an advantage
 Preferably with background in WFM or Operations
 Education: Finance or any business-related course, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics
