The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting Employee Relations Lead on managing and enhancing employer-employee relationships to create a positive and productive work environment. This role involves handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting workplace investigations, and driving initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.

2. Responsible for investigating and resolving workplace issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

3. Ensure agency partners will follow company policies aligned with labor laws and industry regulations.

4. Ensure consistent and fair application of disciplinary procedures across the organization.

5. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes (monitor all agency partners disciplinary action record).

6. Responsible for assisting TA on conducting training sessions on HR policies, code of conduct, and ethical behavior.

7. Lead initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

8. Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and improve retention strategies.

9. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with business objectives.

10. Partner with Legal and HR teams to update and implement workplace policies.

Other Jobs:

1. Responsible for recording minutes during calibration meetings and administrative hearings.

2. Assist the Employee Relations Lead in organizing company events and related initiatives.

3. Monitor uniforms, ID lanyards, and other assets distributed during onboarding.

4. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned periodically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
