HR Staff will be supporting the overall functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. He/She handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records (201 Files), and assist with various HR processes to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of BS Psychology, Administration or a related field,
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience, but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Skills: With satisfactory communication and interpersonal skills, knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), organized and keen to details.
