- Oversees the day to day operations of the HR department.
- Oversees daily behavior and performance of subordinates.
- Constructs, implement and evaluate HR department policies.
- Constructs and file job instruction resources of each employee’s work
- Prepares and serves contracts and end of contract notice.
- Ensure compliance to Disciplinary Action process.
- Keep employee file such as 201 Files.
- Conducts exit interview and clearance to outgoing employees.
- Prepares Return to Work order letter.
- Prepares and serves interoffice memorandum (Holidays, Policy and Managements directive).
- Consolidate and check accomplishment reports.
- Conducts HR functions on:
- Human Resource Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, and Placement, Performance Evaluation and Feedback, Performance Development, Compensation Scheme, Employee Grievance and Discipline
- Provides information and guidance to employees on company policies.
- Reviews and reconstruct existing job description of employees.
- Reviews and updates existing employee’s manual.
- Submits reports upon request from the Department Head.
- Recommends personnel policy change and update management on staff and departmental needs and appropriate actions.
- Conducts meetings with human resource staff and other personnel as needed.
- Attend meetings with the Management every month
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's degree on Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology with at least 2-3 years experience as HR Supervisor
- Preferably registered Psychometrician
- Requires extensive experience in the field of Human Resource management functions
- Must be able to work independently and is highly self-motivated
- Possess objective interest in humans and human experiences
- Good interpersonal relation skills
- Possess good moral character
- Possess leadership skills
- Must have an experience in hospital settings.
