Hi! We are looking for an HR Supervisor to lead and support our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and helping improve our workplace.
What are your key Responsibilities?
- Supervise and guide the HR staff
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace issues
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping
- Ensure company policies and labor laws are followed
- Support payroll and benefits administration
