Job Summary
Coordinates section activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Evaluates sectional processes and recommends and coordinates needed changes based on process analysis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedules and conducts staff meetings regarding matters/concerns of the section.
- Assists in the preparation of fiscal year plan of the section.
- Supports the implementation of procedures to maintain the quality and environmental systems of the company.
- Coordinates for manpower requirements of the different sections.
- Coaches and provides orientations/trainings on career development of staff.
- Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conducts employee performance evaluations.
- Directs staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
- Evaluates reports and recommends approval of requests and other operational procedures pertinent to the section.
- Responsible to meet section’s productivity and quality goals.
- Prepares and computes annual budget pertaining to manpower and salary.
- Prepares manpower and related reports.
- Facilitates processing of employee movement (transfers, replacements, promotions) within the company.
- Attends to investigations related to disciplinary actions of employees.
- Handles and facilitates all procedures related to manpower recruitment.
- Prepares contracts and agreements related to manpower requirements.
- Handles and facilitates all procedures related to manpower separations/resignations.
- Computes payroll and other salary related matters of daily paid rank and file employees.
- Prepares and monitors necessary/applicable reports of the section/department.
- Computes and prepares vouchers for accounting and remittance transactions of the section/department.
- Prepares and facilitates official business travel of employees.
- Maintains 201 files and other employee records.
