About the Position
The HR Supervisor is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. This role ensures smooth HR operations, maintains accurate employee records, and assists in implementing HR policies and programs that align with company goals. The HR Specialist also plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
· 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
