Job Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in all areas of HR - recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training and policy formulation.
- Expertise in government mandated benefits and its processes.
- Expertise in manual payroll.
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Keen to details and highly organized and analytical.
- Can relate to different levels of people.
- Has leadership skills and good communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly reporting to HR Manager and will act such in absence of the HRM.
- Support HR functions and day-to-day deliverables.
- Supervise and ensure all HR functions done by HR Assistants were properly executed and processed.
- Checks and ensures that all HR documents are correct prior to its release.
