Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years experience in an HR role, preferably in Hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willing to work in Baguio
- Can start ASAP
