Qualifications:
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in related or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any equivalent degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge and experience in labor law, compensation, employee relations is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and Power point.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the job concerning all hotel employee included;
- Ensure receiving of the require document such as manpower requisition and employee movement form. Hand to the management to sign for approval, record and keep in file
- Make an appointment with the successful candidate to do the physical interview
- Prepare employment contract and application form
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Team for employee uniform and prepare a locker for new employee.
- Prepare confirmation letter regarding promotion, transfer, employment certification for employees
- Monitor employee attendance, leave requests and submit weekly/monthly reports accordingly.
