- Executes special assignments and tasks with the EMPI management.
- Developing tools that help guide the management members in making decisions.
- Providing support in the various human resources functions, which include plant operations and plant performance.
- Ensures compliance of the organization with all labor legislation and company-defined policies and procedures.

Job Sepcifications:
- College Graduate/Business Course Graduate
- Graduate of BS or AB Psychology / Liberal Arts / AB Philosophy / AB
- Sociology is an advantage
- At least three (3) years of experience
