JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a proactive and competent HR Supervisor to manage and oversee generalist HR functions and supervise the daily activities of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and policy implementation.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic execution, ensure HR best practices are followed, and foster a positive workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Operations & Generalist Functions
- Manage and execute day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management and payroll administration
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
- Administer and monitor employee benefits, government-mandated contributions (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth), and payroll coordination.
- Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process from job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements promptly and efficiently.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate or facilitate internal/external training programs.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations and career development plans.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in internal and external HR audits.
Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide junior HR team members in day-to-day activities.
- Foster teamwork, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of work experience in a full-spectrum HR Generalist role.
- With experience in a supervisory or lead role handling a small HR team or assistants.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, government benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, timekeeping/payroll coordination, employee discipline, and training coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR processes simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is an advantage.
- Professional and trustworthy with sensitive employee information.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
