We're looking for an Accounting Lead ready to take the next step in their career by leading digital transformation and process modernization. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience who wants to gain valuable leadership exposure and help lead our transition to a more systemized, tech-driven setup.
We’re not starting from scratch. We already have solid financial operations and a full functioning accounting team. Your job is to help us guide and support the rollout of our ERP system, ensuring that accounting processes are aligned, consistent, and practical across our growing network of branches.

What You'll Do
Financial Oversight
● Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
● Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including regular reporting to management
● Help monitor cash flow and manage petty cash operations
● Monitor and manage adherence to tax regulations, accounting standards, and legal requirements
Process Improvement & Systemization
● Support the rollout of our ERP system by aligning workflows and ensuring consistency across branches
● Help standardize accounting practices and documentation company-wide
● Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures across all locations
Team Management
● Supervise accounting personnel, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient daily accounting functions
● Provide guidance, training and mentorship to foster a high-performing and knowledgeable team
● Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture that values accuracy and innovation
● Keep management informed with regular updates on team progress, key issues, and ongoing priorities
What We're Looking For
● Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a strong advantage but not required)
● At least 5 years of accounting experience, with exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
● Growth-hungry - you want accelerated responsibility and aren't afraid of a challenge
● Familiarity with accounting and/or ERP softwares (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
● Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial controls
● Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports
● Values continuous learning, collaboration, and systems thinking
● Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
