- BS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- With at least 6 months of experience.
- Willing to travel and be assigned from time to time to other covered areas of NWTF. (Housing Allowance, Travel Allowances, DSA)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
