- Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Human Resource Development Management
- BASIC FUNCTION:
- Responsible for clerical/ encoding and minor administrative and office works of HRMA in Recruitment, in particular and assist in some minor administrative work, i.e record maintenance.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initially entertain walk-in applicants, provide application forms, and collect the same after. Assists in the Administration of pre-employment examinations to applicants; maintains records of passed and failed results and conducts initial interviews.
- Sort out all application forms by classifying them according to the position applied.
- Encodes and updates records of all newly hired and current employees both in the 201 file and HRIS.
- Prepares identification cards (I.D), employment contracts, and training folders for all newly hired employees.
- Attend different Job fair and other channels of sourcing out applicants
- Conducts and strictly implements policy on 5S, GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management System.
- Prepare, distribute, and maintain records of all monthly and quarterly performance appraisals of all departments and make necessary follow-ups, which include collecting them after one (1) week from issuance.
- Collate performance appraisals for checking and rating.
