Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Officer to support the setup and ongoing HR operations of our company in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy development in line with labor laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage timekeeping, attendance monitoring and assist with payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with government agencies.
- Assist with the reviewing of company's policies and contracts.
- Support training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Mohon, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
