- Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Be the go-to person for client and candidate inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to adapt our services to their changing needs.
- Work closely with different teams to meet client expectations.
- Team up with the finance department for seamless invoicing and billing.
- Find top-tier candidates for various positions.
- Interview and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate of any human resource course.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and resilient, contributing to a healthy workplace culture.
- Maintains utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Efficient time management for task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
- Proactively resolves challenges for smooth account management and recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php12,050.00 per month
