Job Summary
The HR Intern will assist the HR department with various tasks including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in Balagtas, Bulacan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interview.
- Facilitates examination to applicant.
- Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
Employee Relation
- Help with employee relations by responding to inquiries and escalating issues to HR Sr. Supervisor.
- Assist with data generation on tardiness & habitual absences record and drafting of Notice to Explain (NTES).
- Printing and issuance of NTES to department managers.
Timekeeping
- Collate submitted attendance slip for timekeeping preparations.
- Support the maintenance of timekeeping system and system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Training & Development
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, including preparation of documentation and observing during orientation sessions.
- Assist with coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, logistics and participant communication.
Other tasks
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Other administrative/clerical functions.
