Job Summary:
The Human Resource Officer/Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment and selection, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Oversee performance management systems and conduct employee evaluations.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.
- Organize training and development programs for employee growth.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
