Job description
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, and deductions.
- Compiles the vacation leave, late, perfect attendance of all employees.
- Payment of government mandated dues (SSS, PHIC, Pag-Ibig and employees’ loans).
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Summarizes daily attendance and tardiness monitoring .
- Recruitment & Hiring – Sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration – Managing salaries, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Payment of government mandated dues (SSS, PHIC, Pag-Ibig and employees’ loans).
- Employee Relations – Addressing workplace concerns, Disciplinary actions resolving conflicts, and nurturing a positive work environment
- Training & Development – Forming workshops, skill-building programs, and career growth initiatives.
- Performance Supervision – Directing evaluations and ensuring employee productivity.
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave credits, and others
- Updating 201 files and masterlist records of employees.
- Submission of Documents to different government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG AND BIR)
- Other tasks that may assigned from time to time.
