- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field;
- Prior roles in HR, such as HR Coordinator, Recruiter, or Specialist
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate team members
- Foster collaboration and a positive work environment
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local government laws
- Proficient in analyzing HR data (e.g turnover rates, engagement scores, recruitment metrics) to identify trends and improve processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with employees, managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to provide guidance and diplomatically resolve conflicts
- Build relationships and handle sensitive situations effectively
- Identify and address issues related to HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide HR teams, delegate tasks, and offer support
- Prior experience in processing government requirements
