HUMAN RESOURCES CLUSTER SPECIALIST
We are looking for leaders who understand the value and importance of people to keep an organization running. Someone who has the desire to take care of people in all aspects, from finding the right people, to training, guiding and encouraging our team to successfully accomplish their assigned tasks, all the way to measuring, and giving feedback on performance while keeping the culture of excellence and camaraderie.
Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:
- Proactively initiates efforts to meet manpower requirements in support of the organization's needs in a timely manner
- Takes charge of developing and implementing effective learning systems to equip personnel with the needed know-how and attitude to be a contributing member of the team
- Ensures implementation of rules and regulations, and facilitates resolution and documentation of incidents for continuous development
- Communicates with ease to socially diverse community through screening, conducting orientations, and counseling
- Accurately and fairly measures performance of personnel and initiates regular performance evaluation.
- Maintains an accurate record of each personnel’s development in the organization
- Provides the necessary services to take cake of our people
Qualifications:
- Preferably 2011 to 2020 graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Management, Business Administration, or Communication are likely candidates
- Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to being organized, accurate, and meeting deadlines
- A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence
- Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
