What You’ll Do:
As an HR Intern at PTC Logistics, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas of human resources, including:
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Supporting employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
- Helping maintain and organize employee files and HR records
- Supporting employee engagement and learning & development activities
- Participating in special HR projects and process improvements
Who You Are:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to report onsite at our Makati head office
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
