1. Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Recruitment and Selection:
i. Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
ii. Attracting qualified candidates through various channels.
iii. Conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates with department managers
iv. Handling onboarding and orientation processes for new hires (Company policy)
b) Employee Engagement and Retention:
i. Implementing employee recognition programs and rewards.
ii. Conducting employee surveys and addressing concerns.
iii. Organizing team-building activities and events.
c.) Performance Management:
i. Establishing performance goals and objectives.
ii. Conducting regular performance reviews and evaluations.
iii. Administering disciplinary actions when necessary.
d) Training and Development:
i. Supporting employees in their career growth and advancement.
e) Compensation and Benefits:
i. Managing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy.
ii. Administering employee benefits, such as staff house or allowance, staff food allowance and government benefits.
iii. Handling employee inquiries and addressing compensation-related issues.
f) Policy Development and Compliance:
i. Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
ii. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
iii. Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
iv. Maintaining employee records and confidentiality.
g) Employee Health and Safety:
i. Promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
ii. Implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
iii. Managing workers' compensation claims and disability accommodations.
iv. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring workplace compliance.
h. HR Administration and Systems:
i. Maintaining HR databases and systems.
ii. Managing employee records, files, and documentation.
iii. Generating reports and analyzing HR metrics.
iv. Keeping up-to-date with HR trends and best practices.
i) Employee Relations:
i. Acting as a liaison between employees and management.
ii. Mediating conflicts and resolving workplace issues.
iii. Addressing grievances and conducting investigations.
iv. Promoting open communication and a positive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
