Duties and Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT AND HIRING
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
· Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
ONBOARDING
· Prepare onboarding materials, including policies, welcome letters and employee handbooks
· Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing job offers, contracts, facilitating new employee orientation and ensuring new employees complete pre-employment requirements.
· Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, introducing new employees to the company culture, team members, and key procedures.
· Ensure all necessary employment forms are completed and filed accurately.
· Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding period.
ADMINISTRATIVE
· Draft and send offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with company standards.
· Assist in the creation and updating of job descriptions and roles specifications.
· Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
· Organize and schedule HR meetings and prepare necessary documents and reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
