- Resposible for recruitment and selection
- Conducts interview and hiring process
- Overseeing onboarding to offboarding of employees
- Responsible for Timekeeping
- Maintain personnel records - 201 Files
- Prepares and issues Memorandum
- Employee relations - Addressing grievances, disputes and handling NTE and Disciplinary Action
- Organize training for employees
- Responsible for application and renewal of employees' insurances (HMO and Group Personal Accident Insurance)
- Evaluating performance of employees and providing feedback for appraisal
- Oversees the day-to-day activities on operations
- Compliance to Labor Standards
