Freight Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment Coordination
- Plan, monitor, and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments via sea and air.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
2. Documentation Management
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as:
- Bill of Lading (B/L) / Air Waybill (AWB)
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
- Customs documentation (SAD, permits, etc.)
3. Customs and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all shipments comply with customs rules and government regulations.
- Coordinate with the broker for the clearance and release of cargo.
4. Tracking and Status Updates
- Monitor cargo movement and provide real-time shipment status updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively resolve any shipment delays or issues.
5. Communication and Coordination
- Serve as point of contact between suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal teams.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, container returns, and port handling.
6. Cost Monitoring and Billing
- Review and validate freight costs and invoices.
- Coordinate with finance to process freight and logistics charges.
7. Data Entry and System Updates
- Encode shipping details in the company ERP or logistics systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all freight transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
