QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Customs Administration, Business Administration, or any related course
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in importation or logistics is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in customs procedures, import documentation, and shipment tracking
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, brokers, and forwarders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, and can handle confidential documents
