MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and reviews importation documentation in compliance with import regulations. Coordinates with shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, and carriers to ensuresmooth and timely movement of goods.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of import activities, including documentation,shipment details, and customs clearance information. Records, monitors, and processes billing of import-related costs Effective Monitoring mechanism to ensure that problems and bottlenecks in the operation are corrected within the shortest possible time. Continuous liaise with brokers during the processing of shipments to be release.
- Prepare Request for technical evaluation, Request for Payment, and Weekly Expense Report. Prepare Marine Cargo Declaration Insurance.
- Facilitate the processing of Brokers Billing from preparation up to carrying to different signatories. Prepare Weekly Reports -Deliveries.
- Ensure the completeness of shipments file on each folder.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
