Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Must be well-versed in Importation and Exportation documents and procedures, including customs regulations, tariffs, Incoterms, and trade agreements.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics and procurement, preferably in an Import/Export environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to balance company objectives and customer needs.
- Knowledgeable in estimating, planning, inventory management, and document handling.
- Familiar with customs clearance processes and requirements.
- Willing to work on-site in Bagbaguin, North Caloocan City.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with international suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders proactively to prevent stockouts and ensure continuous supply.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all import/export documentation in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Communicate with international clients and suppliers regarding order status, shipping arrangements, and required documentation.
- Track and monitor shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or issues with carriers.
- Coordinate logistics activities with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers for efficient delivery and clearance.
