We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-charge of enforcing store policies, particularly security. They exercise discretion in granting authorization to enter or exit a building and conduct security screenings to ensure that no person intending to commit an unlawful activity such as theft, vandalism, robbery, or arson is allowed in or out.
- Guards at security desk monitor live feed from surveillance cameras that are strategically positioned throughout the store.
- Regularly patrol at the selling area and stay vigilant against possible threats.
- First to respond to incidents and emergencies. Secure and to take charge if any person is attempting to gain unauthorized entry. The watchman/watchwoman will either call the police and report to assigned store manager.
- Report any situation or request for emergency medical services.
- Directing guest and prepare daily logs and monthly reports. Since the watchman/watchwoman is often the first-person visitors' encounter, he/she must be accommodating/approachable, knowledgeable and should offer necessary guidance.
- Maintains a record of all activities observed in the premises building to keep the branch officers well informed and advise on any further measures that should be taken.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College level or Highschool graduate
- With at least 6 months working experience in the same field
- Physically fit
- Honesty and integrity
- Vigilant and attentive
- Willingness to work on long/extended hours
- With motorcycle unit is a plus but not required
- Successful candidate/s will be assigned to Valenzuela branch or to any branches of budget supermarket (Marilao, Caypombo-Sta. Maria, Norzagaray, Meycauyan, Valenzuela City).
