About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and alert In-House Security Guard to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the safety, security, and order within our premises, ensuring a secure environment for employees, visitors, and company property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the facility premises at all times
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections
- Monitor entrances, exits, and security systems
- Enforce company security protocols and report any suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms or emergencies in a timely manner
- Coordinate with management on security concerns and incident reports
- Assist with basic crowd control or visitor screening when necessary
- Reporting 12 hours per day as Security Personnel
Qualifications:
- Preferably with prior experience as a security guard (in-house or agency-based)
- Holder of a valid Security Guard License and updated clearances/training certificates
- Physically fit, alert, and observant
- Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on a 12 hours - Monday to Sunday shift in Silang, Cavite
